You Said You Can Run?

Not that I want to scare you guys with my bare face, but I think nobody workout with make up on right? :D

I've got all motivated to work out when I'm back in Malaysia because hey, it is summer holidays! I have a lot of free time to spend hahaha. And when I actually am free enough, I started noticing how terribly flabby my thighs and butt look like and I'm horrified.

Everyday I just sullenly pinching my flabby thighs, or even shake them for entertainment, imagine that they're two pieces of jelly. Trust me, they shake like that exactly. =.= So here comes a day when my mom couldn't stand it any longer, she asks me to start working out.

Actually I already became workout-conscious started from last year. Thanks to my baby Sera. She's like my health guru, always update me with the best health and workout tips. So I became pretty dedicated last summer in Malaysia, doing the Victoria Secret Angel's workout. And hey it does show some positive results.

But, there's always a but. I'm a terribly lazy person. So when I went back to Shanghai, I stopped working out. Actually workout just take like 30 minutes to 1 hour of my whole day, but I gave myself all kinds of excuses: I'm so tired today, the classes and orchestra practice wore me out; I just showered and I don't want to shower again after workout etc.

So yeah, you get my point. Anyway, I brought my Nike trainers back in Malaysia so I decided I should put it to good use! :) I decided to go running everyday! My mom tags along too, and she is actually pretty good at running! :)

This is where I jog! :) Love the running lane there so I have a specific smooth lane to keep running, round and round. I usually run at least 10 rounds, as much as possible! :)

Anyway here comes the painful part. I'm not worried about the soreness and pain in my limbs. I embraced them.

BUT BLISTERS IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT MATTER.
I got blisters the size of a 50 cent (Malaysia coin) at the back of my heel. OMG. That was from the second day of running. I tried to wear socks too but it doesn't work. So I put a lot of band-aids.

Band-aids proved to be not much help too, see this picture below. It still tear off when I run, and the blister just get worse. Hah!

Sorry if this picture scares/disgusts you. XDDD

Everyday before or after running (depends on my time), I'll do a thigh exercise routine following the Youtube video! It's like 12 minutes long but it burns.

And I want to say a biggggg THANK YOU to my gorgeous friend, Kim! :)

I never really get to talk to her before even though we are the same batch and from the same high school. I love looking at her pictures on FB because she's really pretty! :) So today I notice that she has a blog too, and a blog-lover like me got really curious and left a comment stating "I WANT READ!" hahaha. And then it starts our conversation! :)

Turns out she's really sweet and extremely helpful in everything! I ask for her help and advices in editing blog layout coz I sucks at HTML, and she gave me a lot of helpful links and ideas! :)

And then I was telling her about the blisters I got and she sent me this.

I didn't know there's something like this omg. T____T Anti Blister socks. Awesome.
I should have gotten it ages ago wtf. I got so many blisters I can't keep track of them. :'( Will get them when I go back to Shanghai, that's where all my money is hahahahahaa! :))) I'm pretty much broke when I come back to Malaysia.

Btw leng lui's blog must share!
Check out Kim's blog by clicking HERE.

Go read go read. Drop dead gorgeous kay? :DDDD

Throwback to 2 days ago! :) Hang out with Uzey, Syafiq and Hafiz yeay! :))) We went to the Western restaurant at Geliga. First time going there. There are too much places in Kemaman that I haven't been to yet. :/

The steaks there looks pretty good! It was quite late already so I didn't order steak, don't want to waste my running effort lol.

I got myself a glass of hot carrot milk when I heard Syafiq getting his. LOL. I was really curious, carrot milk can actually be hot? I usually just have cold ones.

So when it arrived I'm totally astounded. I'm thinking probably they heat the fresh milk first, and then add in the carrot juice, but wouldn't the carrot juice turns into some weird color then?

I have so much question marks on my head. LOL. In the end, the answer is actually pretty simple. They got the carrot juice, then pour in hot water and add in condensed milk. That's it. No fresh milk.

This is not Starbucks lah, Syaf said. =.=

FINE. First time having HOT carrot milk in my life, and felt cheated about the "milk" part. =.=

Ordered nuggets and they are all in love-shape! I'm feeling loveddddd. :D

So yeah that's all for now! :) Talk to you guys soon!!!

Raya-ed! :)

Coming back to Malaysia means hectic days for me because there're too much activities and friends to meet! :) And what's more when it's during Hari Raya? I get to meet up all my awesome Malay friends! :) *throws confetti*

A huge token of gratitude for Kak Faira for the invitation to her beautiful wedding! :) I'm really happy to be a small part of this gorgeous day in her life. :)))) Lemme see, this is the second Malay wedding that I've attended. The first one is my lovely friend, Aisha's wedding. Hers is organised in a really big hall, and Kak Faira's wedding is done in her house! :) So both are completely different! :)

Picture with the bride and friends!

To be honest I never really get to talk to Kak Faira before, she's my senior in high school, 2 years older than me. And I wanted to thank Sera for bringing me to her engagement ceremony last semester so I got to know her better! :) She has a really funny and bubbly personality and I can see the need of being all ladylike for the ceremony pretty much annoys the hell out of her. hahahaha!

High fives! I don't like to be ladylike all the time too, too tiring! :)

Again, another person that doesn't need much introduction because you guys have probably seen her a lot in my blog already. :)))) My Malay twinsie, Sera! :)))

She looks totally stunning in her bridesmaid outfit that day! Oh sorry I didn't mention, she's Kak Faira's cousin! So all the family members need to wear red color that day. :))) I love how her oufit is mostly in red but added the blue lacey rose part on the top! :) So sharp!

Her phone case is totally mean! YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US. Hahahaha! Quote from the movie "Mean Girls".
Her failed attempt at looking mean hahahaha!

The mean girls. *cough*

Some pictures I took of the wedding scene!

The happy newly-weds!

The the beautiful ladies!
L to R: Syasya (Sera's youngest sis, a real cutiepie!), Me, Sera, Farah Hanis (Sera's gorgeous cousin!)

And with my sweet ex-classmates! 5 Ibnu Sina rocks! :)
Najwa and Wani! I can guarantee you guys, you'll want to record their laughters and set as your caller ringtone because they are so infectious bahahahahahahhaa!

2 more pictures of us twinsies! Hahaha!

How can I forget my forever macho guy bestie? Hellooo to Mr Uzey who looks extremely handsome that day (because of his shades cheh chehhhh) Hahahahhaha!

We went raya at Uzey's adik angkat's house! :)) The lovely lady, Tengku Lisa! :) Or we usually just call her TG, like Tee-Gee. Cute name with only 2 capital letters, so convenient! :DDD

There were a lot of friends there already when we got there! All TG's ex-schoolmates I think! :))

Oh yeah, and I was telling Uzey that I discovered a lot of beautiful Malay girls and handsome Malay guys these few days when we were raya-ing. And he was like, "Of courseeee lemme show you something."

Peepo, feel free to search up "MALAYPRETTY" on instagram. You're welcome.

All the beautiful ladies!!! :))))) Total eye-candy!!! Malaysia are full of gorgeous girls hehehehe!

And then I said, "Since there's Malaypretty, I supposed there should be Malayhandsome too right?"
Uzey was like, "Let's try to search!"

And we almost LMAO when we saw IT DOES EXIST. Hahahaha! But see the difference in the followers omg. :)

So well, most of the people out there appreciate gorgeous girls more than hot guys eh. :))))
I like that guy in black and white picture. :DDDD

After spending some time there, it's time to leave! And I'm like *blush x100000* when TG's younger sister asks to have pictures with me because she says I look like Korean artist.

T___________T *speechless with gratitude* Hahahahaha!

With the cuties!

Abang angkat, adik angkat, and Korean artist cehcehcehhhh perasan. Hahahahaha!

After that we dropped by Wani's house! I'm in love with her cat, Nemo.
So round and so fatttttt. I love fat animals, so cuddly!

Anyway, Nemo doesn't like taking pictures, it took off after I got this pic of us together. T______T

So Wani had to pick her up like this for me to satisfy my selfie session with Nemo. :)))

Come gimme a kiss! :)

GIF is awesomeeeeee! :)))) Till then peepo!!!

Step Up, Beachy Girl.

Had a real fright yesterday when my dad had some health issues. Thank god, thank god that it is not something too imminent or serious. Now we will have to make sure that he eats healthily and doesn't stress himself out. So dad, if you're reading this, you know what you should do yeah? :) Take good care of yourself.

Clearing out my phone pictures! Went for a date with my mom 2 days ago, we didn't plan to go for movie at first, we just wanted to walk around Mesramall and buy some stuff. Then I suddenly realised Step Up All In was already up in the cinema on 31st July!!!!!!!! :DDDDDD I've watched the previous one and I love love love loveeeee it!

The cinema didn't open until 2.30pm, there are a lot of people waiting outside already to buy the tickets. I spent the time taking stupid pictures with the posters hahahaha.

Me: AHHHH I SCAREEE
Hercules: Babe, dun worry I got your back!

*Trying to copy the air plane determined face hahahaha*

We bought the 4pm tickets for Step Up All In. To kill the time, mom drove me to the nearby Kemasik beach to take some pictures! Didn't go to beach at all when I come back this time, so good to feel the wind and waves again!

Gorgeous place. You can find a lot of photo-taking spots there! :) Especially with the bridge! :)

Care to have coconut drinks peepo?

Crystal clear water! :)

My mom already became my professional photographer. The best way to take my photo, is to continuously clicking the button and I'll start moving. There'll be at least one good shot. Hahahhaa.
I don't like to pose because I'm going to look totally stiff. I sucks at posing.

Turns out all these pictures are pretty okay! And I'm lazy to edit one by one so.... I made GIF pictures! :)))

Playing with the boat. I already asked the owner's permission, that Pak Cik at the blue boat opposite?? :))))) Thanks Pak Cik! And I thick-skinnedly played with his hat hahahhaa.

The loom bands bracelet! :) Made this with my lil cousin in Johor! :) We searched up Youtube video and learn it on the spot, pretty easy! :) I'm very interested in doing more, I saw some really cute stuff they can do with loom bands, not just bracelets, but also all kinds of shape including violin! O.O Pretty amazing what human beings can come up to, with just some rubber bands!

Love the color of the sea! :))

And I love how GIF pictures can show the wind and the waves wheeee! I should do more GIF pictures next time. :)))

I'm not exactly a coconut lover, but seeing them just make me feel at home! :)

We got back to the cinema just in time. I was feeling all sandy and sun-tanned. Hahahaha.
Step Up All In is completely sick! All the dance moves omg! I started moving my body I was watching hahahaha. And it's a huge motivation for me to tone up my flabby thighs and butt. LOL. I don't want to be really thin, I want to be average, with all toned up body! :))) Probably slightly thinner than now. :)

Go check out Step Up All In and I'll see you guys in the next post! Ciao!
